FlipScout affiliate program

Give viewers a real reason to try FlipScout, get paid every month they stay subscribed. No cash sponsorship budget yet, no vanity metrics, no clawbacks past Stripe's 60-day window — just a flat 30% recurring revenue share for the lifetime of each subscription that comes in on your code.

The offer

Definitions we hold ourselves to

FTC disclosure — required for every read, every post

This is not optional. FTC 16 CFR Part 255 requires you to disclose the affiliate relationship every time you promote FlipScout. In a YouTube segment, "I earn a commission if you sign up" in the read is the minimum; a pinned first-comment disclosure is standard. Written posts get a clear #ad or "affiliate link" label on the promotion itself, not buried in an About page.

FlipScout does not accept traffic from a creator who won't disclose. If a viewer complains and the disclosure isn't visible, we pause payouts on the code, tell you why, and un-pause once it is.

And these still apply, everywhere the code shows up:

Payment mechanics

Ending the arrangement

Either side can end it with 30 days' written notice. Existing referred subscribers stay attributed to you through the end of the current calendar month, then move to the FlipScout house.

FlipScout can end it immediately (no notice) if the compliance section above is violated — fake claims, missing disclosure, false urgency.

How to apply

Email support@flipscout.dev with:

  1. Where you post (YouTube channel, TikTok handle, blog URL, newsletter, wherever the FlipScout mention will live).
  2. Roughly how many people you reach in the used-car / flipper audience per month. No inflation, no invented numbers — we compare against your public channel stats before we set up a code.
  3. The promo code you'd like (all-caps, alphanumeric, memorable — e.g. CHEVYDUDE10). If it's taken we'll pick something close.
  4. Whether you want a customer-visible discount attached to the code (e.g. 10% off first month) or just a tracker.
  5. How you want to be paid — Stripe Connect account handle, or "ACH via Plaid."

We reply within two business days. If we say yes, we create the code, send you a one-page welcome with the checkout URL, and start accruing. If we say no, we say why (usually "not enough audience overlap to be worth the admin," never anything mysterious).
